As a Contract Analyst II, you will develop, negotiate, and implement service contracts in line with procurement guidelines, while assessing the financial impacts of such services. This position plays a key role in negotiating contract terms and amendments, and ensures flawless coordination between various departments. Acting as the connection between the company and subcontractors, you ensure contract fulfillment. You are also responsible for renewing agreements in compliance with supplier policies, reviewing existing agreements for internal collaboration, and supporting the organization by drafting agreements, conducting risk assessments, and resolving contract terms.
